American Fine Artist Barry A. Conner (b. 1963) is primarily a painter of large-format canvases in a versatile range of styles, such as:
Realistic and impressionistic landscapes; true-to-nature wildlife paintings; abstract works; portraits of people or of their cherished animals; and architectural foyer or lobby art to depict homes or professional buildings. He is also a sculptor and stone carver of small to medium-sized works; creates drawings in pen-and-ink and other media; and creates all-original, limited-edition and open-edition Fine-Art prints.
While he creates original works of Fine Art for gallery representation and online visibility, for sale to interested individuals and collectors, prospective clients are invited to commission paintings or other art which he will create for them upon request. Client requests can be vague (a picturesque lake in the midst of an old-growth forest, to harmonize with a given style and color scheme, for example) or very specific (a photo-based portrait of one's family in front of their home).
His works are moderately priced: generally in a range of $500 to $5,000, though the range for sculptures, stone carvings, and other specialized media may be significantly higher.
